Original box and extra set of insoles ships. There is no evidence of any long term wear. <br><br>Please see last two up close photos. First if of very minor heel wear around the outer edge about 1/8" in. Appears shiny. Second is of a crease on the outside of the right foot. This was from improper orientation of boots in the box. This could probably be minimized with some conditioner and newspaper stuffing.
