I don't think it'll be an issue since you'll tuck that part into the skirt. The top 2 buttons of the black blouse are discolored, but since the brooch will cover them I don't think it'll be an issue. Due to the nature of lace, there will be signs of wear and/or fluff. No other noticeable flaws.
