Vintage 1970's ACT I NEW YORK black ruffled floor length dress. Beautiful ribbon shoulder ties, featuring a pretty ruffled hem. Sleeveless Maxi dress. This is from my Mom's closet; she doesn't wear it anymore and it's too long for me. I remember her wearing this in the 1970's; super sexy for Summer or any kind of dressy event! Retro, Boho, so feminine! In pristine condition. Can be formal (Prom Wedding, etc) or casual - for a Spring picnic. Picture 5 - it shows up grey; I was taking pictures on a sunny day.
