Brand new!! Never used! Box was only opened to verify product was new. Smoke free home.<br><br>Small imperfection noticed to the ink on one part of the pool. This is shown in a picture. I have not completely unfolded this pool as it would be near impossible to fit back into the original box. I did try to remove it slightly and show the item is indeed the item on the box.
