Hard to find lithograph set printed by Helene Pessl Inc NY. Description: Full 4 pieces of August Albo's adorable 1957 series. These framed lithographs (Helene Pessl) include: Bath Time, Party Time, Dance Time and Play Time. These hard to find prints were commissioned in the 1950s and depict the same young girl in each one, with different pets. The overall color scheme is in pinks, whites, and blues in a soft pastel palette. Overall, good vintage condition with normal signs of use consistent with age, which may include discoloration, fading, and/or edge wear. Frame #72 by Lambert Size 8.5 " x 11" Made in USA Hand-painted white Please note that 2 of the 4 are missing the glass entirely. The metal frame pins on the back that hold the piece in place are very fragile, with at least one that has broken off. August Albo (1893-1963) became famous for his depictions of the innocence, playfulness, and delig. Sold as-is.
