USB port was loose and has been professionally repaired by RØDE under warranty with a new board installed and fully tested.
Full disclosure: Headphone port 3 is not functioning correctly. There are 4 ports plus a fifth on the front, so this is rarely an issue. Sold as-is. Google & Mercari optimized.
