This gown does not have a designer on it. But it is very heavy, warm and well made. It is not scratchy at all despite the tulle and lace. I was very comfortable amd had a great time at the Marine Corps Ball. Very sturdy corset lined. It also doesn't have a size. I wouldn't say its a small but it is a very snug medium. Definitely not an 8 so I would say it fits more like a 6. Because it sure as heck isnt a 4. <br>It is floor length, I can get an exact length if needed. I am 5'9 and wore flats and I had to pick it up to walk for reference. <br>Quarter length sleeves. <br>I would say the color in the photos is basically an exact match. Bright Royal Blue. <br><br>Willing to ship in United States only. Muncie pick up preferred.
