This is an Antique Chinese Dragon Rice Grain Porcelain Plate signed with the Wan Yu mark. Late 19th Century to early 20th century!<br><br>Beautiful cobalt blue hand painted 5-Clawed Imperial Dragon With Pearl And Flames design. The symbol of the Chinese five-clawed dragon is a very prevalent one, especially in art of the Ming and Qing dynasties.<br><br>These Chinese rice grain porcelain (also known as grain de riz ware) plates are made of thin porcelain and have finely carved rice-like holes which are covered with a transparent glaze.<br><br>Beautiful rare plates that would make a fantastic addition to your kitchen decor, to a collection, display pieces, or an unique gift.<br><br>These plates are actually part of 2 different collections.
