Lovely vintage, Katz era, Coro Duette clip brooch. Features two rhinestone-studded, flower-shaped clips on a signed Coro Duette frame with patent number 1798867. One pin is signed Corocraft Des. Pat. Pend. The design is closest to Katz patent number 148877 from 1948.
Measurements: 2.5 inches across x 1.5 inches tall. No missing stones, though some have yellowed. A beautiful vintage accessory.
