Antique Victorian 14K yellow gold pendant featuring a large bezel cabochon of green Persian turquoise. Accented with six tiny seed pearls in a setting of scrolls and beads. Includes a simple bail and a choker length 14k Prince of Wales chain (not original).
Turquoise is slightly mottled, with lighter and darker green tones and buff-colored matrix. In exceptional vintage condition with minimal wear.
Dimensions: Pendant - 1.25 inches long (including bail) x 7/8 inch wide. Turquoise - 18 x 12 x 7 mm. Seed pearls average 2 mm. Chain - 16 inches long x 1 mm wide. Weight: Pendant 4.3 grams, Chain 0.5 gram. Markings: Pendant tests as 14K; bail may have been replaced. Chain marked 14K and MC (?). Signature required at delivery.
