A gorgeous antique domed locket pendant, fully pavé set with turquoise cabochons. The term pavé translates from French as literally 'paved', much like a little cobbled street, and the stones on this one have remained in great condition. Their bright colour contrasts the fine gold scroll and milgrain work, crafted in 9K-10k gold. The back stem pin with C-lock. Dates from the Victorian period, circa 1860. size: 26.5 x 13.0 x 7.8mm, weight 3.3g. It remained in excellent condition.
